FurFinds connects customers with approved independent suppliers and original third-party sources. These pages explain how the platform works, what everyone is responsible for, and how problems are handled.

Who operates FurFinds

FurFinds is operated by Shane Fletcher as an individual in the United Kingdom. It is currently run as a non-commercial project, is not a limited company and does not charge customers or suppliers through the platform.

If the project becomes a trading business or changes its legal structure, these pages and the displayed business information will be updated.

What FurFinds is

FurFinds is a discovery, introduction and messaging platform. It hosts approved supplier profiles and products, lets customers publish product requests, allows suppliers to send quotes, and may open a private conversation after a quote is accepted.

Fifi searches approved supplier products and live third-party listings. Purchases, payments, delivery, returns and product disputes happen with the relevant supplier or original seller, not with FurFinds.

What approved means

An approved supplier has completed an application reviewed against FurFinds’ current platform requirements. Approval is not a guarantee of identity, authenticity, product quality, solvency, delivery, refunds or future conduct.

A separate verification label may only be shown where FurFinds has completed the checks described beside that label. Customers should still make their own checks before paying.

FurFinds may approve, reject, request changes from, suspend or remove a supplier to protect users or the platform.

Contacting FurFinds

Use the reporting option attached to the relevant supplier, product, request or message when available. Suppliers can also use their private FurFinds support conversation.

FurFinds currently uses one monitored mailbox for service messages, reports, legal notices, privacy requests and intellectual-property complaints: no-reply@furfinds.online. Despite the mailbox name, incoming messages are reviewed.
